Data processed

Rewely may process account information, business membership information, loyalty-card data, point transactions, rewards, promotions, security logs, billing references and technical identifiers required to secure the service.

Purpose

The platform uses data to provide the loyalty service, authenticate users, prevent fraud, maintain audit records, send transactional messages and administer subscriptions.

Business customers and end customers

Each participating business controls the loyalty relationship with its customers. Rewely is designed to isolate data by company and to provide export/deletion capabilities that can be extended to the final legal policy.

Security

Passwords are hashed, session cookies are HTTP-only, point changes are validated server-side and security events are logged. No system can be described as absolutely invulnerable.
